WSDL2RPG - RC4 available with workaround for Axis bug AXIS-2095

Hi,

I released RC4 or WSDL2RPG. I added procedure Axis2095_enable() to the client stub. The procedure 
enables/disables a workaround for Web services that are driven by Axis and that are affected by the 
AXIS-2095 bug.

I can not test this fix thoroughly because I do not have any access to non-Axis driven Web services.
