Re: SetError() #22: open(): Permission denied.



You have told HTTPAPI to send an IFS file.  In order to do that, the 
user running HTTPAPI needs to have the authority to read the file from 
the IFS.  HTTPAPI cannot read something if it doesn't have authority to it.
