Hi Mike,

I think that's a good idea, since there are several different types of 
proxies out there, so having a "secondary login" for your type of proxy 
is good -- and leaves room for others to have their own secondary login 
routines.

It'd be helpful to name it something like FTP_ProxyPubnet()  (if pubnet 
is the name of the type of proxy you are using?) So we know what it's 
for, and can add additional FTP_ProxyXYZ routines
