You can't run the GSKit (SSL) APIs on an earlier release than V4R5.
You can disable them easily (which should make it work on V4R3) by
doing the following:

   1)  STRSEU LIBHTTP/QRPGLESRC CONFIG_H
   2)  Comment out the line that says "/define HAVE_SSLAPI"
   3)  re-compile.

Please take a look at the member entitled "README" in the QRPGLESRC file,
it will explain this, and other details needed to get HTTPAPI running,
including how to compile it.
