Major bug in HTTPAPI

I found a major bug in HTTPAPI 1.10pre4.   It wasn't disconnecting after
doing a POST request! (How did I miss that?!)

This bug did not exist in version 1.9.

I've fixed the bug in my own copy of HTTPAPI.  I've also created some
persistent HTTP routines so that you can perform multiple requests to the
same server without having to create a new socket/connection for every
request.

I'll post this updated beta (called "1.10pre5") to my web site tonight,
and post another message to this list with details.
