In this case it appears to be significant.  The OpnFile() procedure 
appears to be calling the old FTP_linmod() routine, it doesn't look like 
it was ever upgraded to use the new FTP_lineMode() routine.

A bug therein is causing it to fail to switch to record mode, which in 
turn causes FTPAPI to screw up receives for record files...

I'll work on a fix.
