Sorry, that should be:
     STRSEU LIBFTP/QRPGLESRC README

The file used to be called FTPAPISRC in version 1 of FTPAPI, but I
changed 
it to QRPGLESRC when 2.0 was released.  I must've forgotten to update
the 
web site.

It's fixed now.
