Heh... HTTP isn't part of TCP/IP.  HTTP uses TCP/IP to communicate with a 
network.  Much as you might use a telephone to order a pizza.  That 
doesn't mean that you're part of the telephone :)   But what it does mean 
is that the telephone needs to be installed and working properly before 
you can order your pizza.  The same is true with HTTP, it won't work 
unless TCP/IP is installed and working properly.
