Once I use the commands to set header information (http_setauth or
http_xproc), it seems to be set for any other soap service I consume.  Is
there a way to reset this or remove these values from the header.

I consume multiple web services and only for one I need to encode a
userid/password and a longer soap action in the header.  Then for any other
soap service I consume, it seems those values are stuck in the header.
