RE: GeoIP compile errors
That was it. Turns out we had a previous version that was being
accessed, and once I got that straightened out all worked very well, and
using the same template, we were able to access our JDE E1 Business
Objects through a SOAP call.

Please open your copy of the HTTPAPI_H member and search for
HTTPAPI_VERSION to find out which version of HTTPAPI you have.
Please ensure you are running version 1.23 or higher.
