Even if no data is received, you'd still know whether it succeeded or 
failed based on the return value from the http_url_post() routine.  It 
would return 1 if successful, or another number if it failed.

For example, if it returns a 404, you'd know that the URL you provided 
couldn't be found on the server, and therefore your POST didn't work. 
you don't need to receive a document back to know that it failed.
