   First go at using HTTPAPI.
I've downloaded the save file and restored as per the instructions in
   Basic Installation Instructions
When I try to CRTBNDRPG of EXAMPLE1 it fails because the binding
   directory HTTPAPI isn't found.
   Here is the job log:
   CRTBNDRPG PGM(LIBHTTP/EXAMPLE1) SRCFILE(LIBHTTP/QRPGLESRC)
Ownership of object EXAMPLE1 in QTEMP type *MODULE changed.
Binding directory HTTPAPI in library *LIBL not found.
Program EXAMPLE1 in library LIBHTTP not created.
Compilation failed. Program EXAMPLE1 not created in library LIBHTTP.
   And library list used:

   Description
Have I got the wrong download, or do I have to create the binding
   directory from scratch?
I've just realized that there are no service programs in the above
   library either.
   Thanks.
