httpapi_debug.txt file

   I would like to utilize the http_debug feature of the system to get an
   auditlog of my "transmissions" to and from a client website.  However,
   the problem is after appending the file name with a timestamp to make
   it unique, the only way it shows up in the IFS each time is when I
   sign off between each run.  Please advise.
