Login to UPS.
Navigate to Support>Technology Support>UPS Developer Kit... In the box, "How
to Get Started", click on Request an access key.

This will get you a developer key.  Depending on the Application you want to
use, you may later need to request an Production Access Key.

I have registered with UPS before attempting Example16.  I now have a
UPS_USERID and UPS_PASSWD but I don't see where the UPS_LICENSE is found.

Can anyone advise me where I find this?
