Sorry for the delay. The change to the header_parse routine is in place
and appears to have solved the problem.

This does indeed appear to be a bug in HTTPAPI.  RFC2616 does state that

the header-body is optional.

I've just posted a new beta version of HTTPAPI that contains my fix for 
the problem.  Can you please test it out and verify that it solves the 
issue?
