Re: What can I do if I can't use SoapUI?
You could try WSDL2RPG (though, I suspect that like SoapUI, this hasn't
been "approved", either.)
Or IBM's IWS. (Which is off-topic for this mailing list, and many
people find more difficult than HTTPAPI... and also probably hasn't
been approved...)
Or any of about a zillion 3rd-party commercial options.
