WSDL2RPG - Version 1.13.2 available

Hi folks,

I released WSDL2RPG V1.13.2 (final). You can download WSDL2RPG from my
Freeware page at http://www.tools400.de.

The following bugs have been fixed:

* Changed procedure Marshaller_toDecimal() to properly remove
   trailing '0' from the formatted string.

* Changed cbRestrictionStart() to set 'maxLength' regardless of
   the current value of TypeDef_getLength().

* Fixed problem that procedure produceNameForRpgArray() did not
   properly generate a unique name. (WSDL2R59)

* Fixed problem in A_INSTALL. Now setting &DEF_R71 to blank
   instead of *N to avoid an error on the SBMJOB command.

* Fixed compile errors on V6R1 due to missing return values.
