What type of authentication?  Are the "e=110&t=10&c=aBcDeFgHi" supposed 
to provide the authentication parameters?  Or is the authentication 
established separately (via certificates, or something like http basic 
auth?)

You can send these if you want, but please understand that my time is 
limited.

Also, it'd be helpful if you give me URLs that I'm allowed to access. 
Unless you're making a very obvious mistake, I'll need to be able to try 
running code in order to troubleshoot it.
