You can just copy the objects, should work fine.

Assuming that you never plan to compile or bind objects in the 
production environment, these are what you'd need:

HTTPAPI   *CMD
HTTPAPI   *PNLGRP
HTTPCMDR4 *PGM
HTTPQSHR4 *PGM
EXPAT     *SRVPGM
HTTPAPIR4 *SRVPGM
