Re: HTTP ssl_error(6003): (GSKit) Access to the key database is not allowed
The readme member in LIBHTTP/QRPGLESRC includes a section "GRANTING
ORDINARY USERS PERMISSION TO RUN SSL APPLICATIONS "
Follow the direction there.
