Jerry,

FTPAPI is just a service program that you call from your own RPG 
programs.   Likewise, TESTMIRIN, is just a regular RPG program compiled 
with the normal RPG compiler from IBM.

You can debug it the same way you'd debug anything else.

Is that what you're asking?
