** HTTPAPI 1.28 Released

Everyone,

I have updated the HTTPAPI on http://www.scottklement.com/httpapi to 
version 1.28.

The difference between this version and 1.27 are:

  -- HTTPAPI will automatically disable NTLM authentication on V5R2.   
(Because it needs crypto access API that wasn't available until V5R3)

  -- Fixed a problem with XMLSTUBR4 that prevented it from compiling 
without XML support included.  (Thanks, Thomas Raddatz!)

If you are not having the above problems, it's not crucial to upgrade to 
this version.

If you notice any problems or have any comments, etc about this new 
version please report them to this mailing list.
