HTTP 404 Object does not exist

   Im getting an 404 error when go to a web service. I can ping the ip
   address from the iSeries with no issues. I am using the exact same http
   post url routine that I used before and never had any issues with..
   Just so I can say i am not insane and this is not a belated april fools
   joke, the error message means that they [the web service i am calling]
   cont have the object in the folder that I am looking for correct?
