We're running HTTPAPI 1.24 on V7.1 and V7.2 with no problems.  The only issue we had was with WSDL2RPG as pointed out on Mon, Dec 9, 2013 by Thomas Raddatz:

RNF0203 - An asterisk cannot be passed as a parameter.
Just change the asterisk to *OMIT.

My apologies...My previous post regarding going from V6R1M1 to V7R1M0 and using HTTPAPI V1.24 was intended for query of any known issues encountered with the HTTPAPI and upgrading the OS.
