RE: Problem with POST on a REST web service
There appears to be a space in the name of the attribute on the <riga> element,
i.e. <riga num riga="1">.
A parser will have difficulties with that.

Thank you to every one, i tryed to use http_url_post_xml like EXAMPLE16 and before make the call to http_url_post_xml i call HTTP_setCCSIDs(1252:1144); where 1252 is the CCSID of latin italian and
1144 is the CCSID of italian on Iseries.
The result it is the same, i reach the ws server but i am not able to pass the value of the POST variable (string xml) to the server.

Even though you can GET no problem...
Even though your XML appears to be good...
Even though your request does not appear to have any variant characters...
I see variant characters in your debug listing and ...
It appears you might be on an Italian server...
So I would check the CCSID of the job and the file you are sending.
And if possible, dump the request from the server to see what is being received by the web service.
Or try changing to use http_url_post_xml (EXAMPLE16) to eliminate the file usage.
