[Ftpapi] Example 13 not compiling

What am I doing wrong? I took EXAMPLE13, untouched, and tried to compile it . I got the following errors"

*RNF7031 00     40 The name or indicator is not referenced.                 

*RNF7030 30      3 The name or indicator is not defined.                    

*RNF7503 30      3 _expression_ contains an operand that is not defined.      

*RNF0273 40      1 Compiler not able to open the /COPY or /INCLUDE file;    

                   directive ignored.
