[Ftpapi] Stability of HTTPAPI

We are thinking of using this product to integrate our shipping process with Amazon and get shipping labels from them.

My concern is that if I have a problem with HTTPAPI, my warehouse would be out of business. How stable is the product?

Do people sometimes have problems with it? Or is it “set it and forget it”? Do PTF installs ever mess it up? Anything else?
