[Ftpapi] Error GSKit connection remote socket

I’m getting this error doing a http_url_post_stmf.
(GSKit) I/O: A connection with a remote socket was reset by that socket.

(GSKit) An operation which is not valid for the current SSL session state

was attempted.

This process seems to be working for many of our vendors and failing only for one vendor.
I’m not sure what to do to diagnose this issue, or if the problem is on the vendor’s end.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
