QUSRJOBI Returns Invalid Internal Job ID
I"m using QUSRJOBI to determine the internal job ID. We're on 7.2. It appears as though this is returning an invalid internal job ID (there appears to be garbage in the field). Has any one else run across this issue?

Hi Mike
Please send in more details - what are you getting, and what do you expect it to be? Internal job ID is a 16-character value, not the same as the job/user/number we see externally.
Cheers

Re: QUSRJOBI Returns Invalid Internal Job ID
The "QUSRJOBI" command typically returns information about a specific job on an IBM i system. If it's returning an "Invalid Internal Job ID" error, it could suggest a mismatch between the job identifier provided and those currently active on the system. Troubleshooting may involve verifying the job ID or checking system status.PM kisan statusHello
