2 Host name look up failed.

HTTPAPI return a message 2 Host name look up failed and the process cancel with error.
Check the spelling of the host name.
Make sure the DNS resolver is configured properly on yout IBM i.
Test it with other tools such as PING, to verify that the problem isn't with HTTPAPI.
