RTVENVVAR (Retrieve Environment Variable)
Frustratingly, there's no way to retrieve environment variables in OPM CL, and it's quite awkward in ILE CL. As such, I wrote a RTVENVVAR command to make it easy to retrieve environment variables in CL.
