TimeOut in EXAMPLE15

Ok guys,
We've just found the problem : our EBCDIC <-> ASCII conversion table was
wrong and caused the timeout.
According to our file system, using "HTTP_SetCcsids ( 1252 : 297 ) ;"
works much better :-)
