Re: Registing with UPS for Example16

When I signed up for UPS (granted, this was many years ago) I received 
the license, userid and password in an e-mail after signing up.

Perhaps they discontinued the license, and it's no longer needed?  Or 
perhaps they forgot to send it to you?  Not sure.
