I will give you the same program as we run on our system and we never had the problem. This problem only happens on their system

Hi Eric,

I think asking me to log onto someone else's system and troubleshoot a problem that only occurs on one computer is asking too much for free, public, forum-based support.

If you can send me a program that I can load/run on my system that reproduces the problem, I will look into it.

The other alternative is to hire me at an hourly consulting rate.

I’m sorry but our client refuses to give permission for an external connection. We will never know where the problem comes from, perhaps related to a PTF not installed...
To get around the problem, we asked them to fill out a table directly on the AS400, and then we do our processing.
