MaxReceivedMessageSize parameter

Good morning, I have created a SOAP web service on Iseries, which is used by a Windows application.
For some time now, I have been told that this application receives a message referring to the MaxReceivedMessageSize parameter. Is this a parameter that I can change on Iseries, or is it the external application that should change something when using my web service?

MaxReceivedMessageSize is typically a feature of Microsoft web services.

As such, your question doesn't make a lot of sense.
