I was trying to download the zip file for Base64 Encode/Decode for ILE RPG and it doesn't work.

The link on the page is an http link and my browser refuses to download it. When I manually added the "s" for a secure link it worked fine and I got the zip file.

Iff that is not the issue you will have to wait for Scott to respond.

I have a file download from webserver is PDF file but in decoding i have error because pdf is incomplete
the original pdf is 2 page have 430 (open with notepad++) line in the file decoding have only 293 line

there is the cause for this ????
